Cookhouse – In Another Life

Cookhouse is formed by two brothers who’ve been making music together ever since they were little kids. Growing up together, always surrounded by music, made them want to play music. Ronald (27) is the singer-songwriter & Jeroen (29) is in charge of the rhythms.

“In Another Life” is an autobiographical song about a relationship that grows apart. But you might have a second chance in another life.

This dramatic piece creates an intense, rhythmic, driving, angular sound that is quite contemporary.

“In Another Life” could easily be compared to Ed Sheeran’s ‘Castle on the Hill’ in terms of the way the guitar is laid, but the love message behind the former by cookhouse gives a vision of hope of getting our heart desire in our next life. Listen and enjoy this great piece.
