Camarano – When I Had Infinity

Camarano - When I had Infinity

Within the modern day retro-sound revival, there are many artists attempting to master a new, yet nostalgic sound, but ultimately failing due to over-complication and losing sight of what old-school music was really about. That said, Camarano is one of those musicians who has not only managed to get it right but in doing so has created a song that is so incredibly catchy, you may experience the burning desire to play it on repeat. Forever.

‘When I had Infinity’ simultaneously hits you right in the feels and forms this euphoric bubble of complete and utter ecstasy, impenetrable by even those wistful lyrics. The use of light-hearted, neo-80s synth melodies with addictive vocals enhanced by satisfying harmonies, contrast to the melancholic theme of lost time.

So incredibly catchy, you may experience the burning desire to play it on repeat. Forever.

It seems that Camarano is advising us to live life to the fullest and during that transcendent breakdown, his truth and wishful thinking appear in complete clarity. This track is an uplifting depiction of life itself, but also a realisation that the unrelenting nature of time will always be bitter-sweet.
