Psychedelic punk rock band The Rizzerlers are set to release their debut single ‘Take Me Back’ on July 5th. The track is the first insight into the world of The Rizzerlers and what they have in store to show us. Take Me Back perfectly captures their unique sound stemming from their many rock and punk influences, their songwriting skills and their image as a band. Take Me Back was written by lead vocalist Marco Veint and is according to him about “all the moments, places and people we as human beings have had or lost” as well as the “need of something, someone or somewhere to feel at peace or feel like you belong.”
The Rizzerlers have been quickly making a name for themselves ever since forming in early 2019 in Fulham, London, by lead vocalist Marco Veint and lead guitarist Elliot Dahlgren. They were shortly after joined by drummer Douglas Runebjörk, bassist Brad Locke and rhythm guitarist Jimmy Gaffney. They have since been putting on gigs weekly, drawing in steady crowds at venues in London including Nambucca, The Islington, The Old Blue Last and The Camden Assembly, and have since been playing to full audiences at gigs and festivals all over London, sharing the stage with established British rock bands such as The Luka State, Scowl and others. The Rizzerlers many influences include Van Halen, The Smiths, Ozzy Osbourne, The Damned, The Libertines, The Beatles, Pink Floyd and more.
Currently working on their debut album, The Rizzerlers also anticipate the release of a photobook named Interstellar Overdrive, where their volatile live performances are captured in images, and the stories behind them are revealed by the band members themselves. The band have been building up a buzz in the London live scene and their debut single is only anticipated to add fuel to the fire so these guys are definitely ones to watch as they take the punk rock music scene by storm.

Woah! Cool piece! Thanks for sharing.
Nice music. I like the raw sound especially the sound of the bass guitar!
The drums in this track are awesome. I like how gritty this sounds in general.
