Two Weeks In Nashville release video for their latest indie rock head-banger ‘All About Now’

Taken from Two Weeks In Nashville’s forthcoming debut album ‘ Paper Planes and Razorblades’, ‘All About Now’ is another feel-good anthemic hit from the mischievous rock-quartet. Today, they’ve released a guitar-slamming, drum smashing music-video to match that harks back to visuals from punk-pop favourites like Blink 182, Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy in their heyday.

Consisting of front-man Billy LeRiff, bassist Jonny Faires, guitarist Marc De Luca and drummer Ian Wilson, the young rockers have attracted a fair amount of buzz, garnering support from big-name outlets such as BBC Introducing, MTV and Absolute.

In the video for their latest release, there’s something about the group’s stylishly coordinated glam-rock outfits and generously applied black eyeliner that create a sense of nostalgia that Millennial fans of noughties pop-punk and alt-rock will surely appreciate (Oh, to be back in those halcyon days of Bebo, black hair-dye and “RaWr I’m A DiNoSaUr” – Where did it all go wrong!?) In ‘All About Now’, Two Weeks in Nashville provide some roguish respite from the modern world as we know it, calming us with their jubilant rock melodies, calls for optimism and hope and, of course, some much-needed cathartic drum bashing.

Two Weeks In Nashville have demonstrated their brilliance as live performers too, with sell out shows at the O2 academy Islington and the Camden Assembly and live-streaming vibrant performances during the uncertain lockdown period. The band undoubtedly have fantastic chemistry as a unit and formidable energy onstage.

Though it must be exciting for the band that their debut album is on the way, it’s a shame for the group that they are unable to perform for a heaving, over-excited crowd, which is where really appear in their element. Once gigs are back in action, there’s no doubt that these talented and passionate musicians will storm the hell out of any stage that comes their way!

Speaking on ‘All About Now’, T.W.I.N’s lead guitarist and vocalist Billy LeRiff has said:
“‘All About Now’ is about when people come together and live in the moment. This was the first song and starting point for the album. It was only after recording it on our first trip to Nashville that we thought we had found a sound and direction. Nashville is such a happening place; it’s a music city and is very positive and the people are very loving. We wanted to write something that channels and spreads that message and the feeling we had! It’s all about us; it’s all about love, it’s all about now.”
