Toronto Singer-Songwriter Zaddi Released Debut Album “My Love, Whom I Love”

Toronto singer-songwriter Zaddi released My Love, Whom I Love, a 12-track debut album blending alternative folk, soul, and expansive singer-songwriter arrangements, on September 4, 2026.

The album moves between intimate acoustic moments and bigger, richly layered productions, with Zaddi's soulful vocals and songwriting at the centre. Across 42 minutes, My Love, Whom I Love explores love, relationships, faith, memory, uncertainty, and the questions that surface in everyday life.

Written, performed, and produced by Zaddi, the album grew from a collection of personal songs into a record with a much wider sonic range. Some tracks remain close and understated, while others build toward expansive, almost cinematic moments.

With a background in philosophy and sociology, Zaddi approaches songwriting with a curiosity about the ideas behind everyday experiences. The songs begin with the personal but leave room for interpretation, moving between questions of love, belief, identity, and connection.

My Love, Whom I Love marks Zaddi's first full-length release as a solo artist. Based in Toronto, Zaddi has also been part of indie rock band Spectre Hearts and French pop and bossa nova duo Les Canards.

My Love, Whom I Love will be available on all major streaming platforms on September 4, 2026.
