Who can enter
To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be a) artist b) band/artist member c) band/artist manager or otherwise directly affiliated with the artist.
How to Enter Entry online, via ForTheLoveOfBands.com Only one entry allowed per band/artist. If you finished top three in previous contests (December, January, February and/or March), you’re not eligible for winning the contest (1,2,3,4,5) but can still participate.
To enter, go to https://fortheloveofbands.com/indie-music-contest/ to submit a Music Video (YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Hulu, Ustream, Vine, Metacafe) and share the entry with your fans. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. Votes are counted based on IP and the public is allowed to vote once every 24 hours and cast a vote to up to 5 (five) artists.
The contest starts on Thursday, 16 April 2020 and all entries must be received by For The Love Of Bands by Thursday, 30 April 2020 23:59 CEST. Convert to your time zone here: https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/

On Sunday, 3 May 2020, five (5) winners will be selected. Winners are selected via the following format: The top 2 will be selected from the top 20 after voting closes on April 30 23:59 CEST. After picking this top 2, numbers 3, 4 and 5 will be selected based on votes by the public (100%). After selecting the winners, winners will be contacted by e-mail and asked to confirm receipt and provide their e-mail address used to sign up to SubmitHub (3,4,5) or correct name and confirm receipt (1,2). Winners will be contacted on Wednesday 6 May 2020 (at the latest).

Before claiming the prize, winners 3,4 and 5 must provide his/her correct name and e-mail address used to sign up to SubmitHub to For The Love Of Bands via the contest form. Winners 1 and 2 must provide his/her correct name and confirm receipt. If a winner cannot be notified within seven (7) days, or does not timely respond, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from among the remaining valid entries.
There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize. For The Love Of Bands has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed. For The Love Of Bands is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. For The Love Of Bands is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that For The Love Of Bands has the right to publicize your (band)name and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
