Voodoo Bandits – Empty Swimming Pool – Indie Music Contest April 2020

A song with a big ol' spring in it's step, endless energy and a big relief. Soaring guitars, big vocals whilst also stripping it right back: a sunshine rollercoatser! It's open to interpretation lyrically, there’s a few ambiguous statements about issues we all face whether negative or positive. The chorus ties together the none-sense of the song to simply explain that there is plenty of none-sense in life too, and we often don’t really know how to truly get the desired outcomes we want!
