No Fun Haus – Take It Back – Indie Music Contest April 2020

Using a chill, Mac DeMarco-esque atmosphere and vocal delivery, this song references the glowing nostalgia of the 90s to reminisce on simpler times. "Take it on back," I sing in the chorus, yearning to go back to the days where all I had to worry about was playing flashlight tag with my lads. I made a music video with my childhood friends for this song to represent our connection to these times.
