This track is about trying to overcome sin and darkness in my life and thinking every time that I had conquered it, only to find myself back in the same cycle again. Sometimes we feel the rush of triumph over our demons, mistakenly thinking that we're having our big "moment" where we put things in the past. In reality, things are much more complicated and battles are fought over years not in single moments.
