‘Hard To Control’ Live-Stream-Shows this weekend!
I was so touched by the outpouring of support and love for the online shows that happened last weekend, I was inspired to go back to the beginning of my journey as a musician. To tell you about the stories behind the songs from my first album ‘Hard To Control’ and to perform songs that I’ve never performed live before – even at the original CD release party – I was too scared!
Reading the stories from inside the album as I prepared for this show made me nostalgic and actually brought me to tears as it was like getting to know myself all over again. I’m so looking forward to taking you on a journey back to the year 2007! Join me on Saturday and Sunday at 7pm Berlin time again and come online on my YouTube-Profile! The show on Saturday will be in English and the show on Sunday in German. I’ll be closing the show with a sing-a-long – we’ll sing ‘Stand By Me’.
Make a video of yourself singing, clapping and or dancing along, upload it here, and I’ll make a little video to share with you all on Facebook and Instagram showing unity and solidarity in staying home and contributing to making sure we don’t spread the Corona Virus saving lives and the economy at the same time.
This week I thought of the homeless, who probably suffer the most right now as they cannot sell newspapers or collect empty bottles as most people are at home. Therefore, in the month of April I will be donating 4 euros per every CD sold to the Berliner Obdachlosenhilfe, an organization offering assistance to homeless people in Berlin. You can order all my CDs including ‘Hard To Control’ in my shop!
In the meantime, here is a playlist with Songs of Hope, Friendship and Togetherness for you all to enjoy and be a part of! It is collaborative so to add a song to the list simply follow it, add a song and share the love! I’ve started it with, Hope of Deliverance, Bridge Over Troubled Water, One, With A Little Help From My Friends and more!
Hearts and hugs, see you Saturday!
