The WildViolets, are set to ignite dance floors everywhere this summer with their upcoming EP, ‘Till the Sunrise,' scheduled for release on May 10th on Disco Express records.
Drawing inspiration from disco and funk legends like Nile Rodgers and Jamiroquai, and modern acts like Parcels and Franc Moody, the band delivers a refreshing marriage of vintage analog sounds and cutting-edge production. Their sound is an intoxicating mix of exhilarating hooks, infectious guitar riffs, and lush synths, all topped off with an exclusive remix of ‘Sunrise' by the globally acclaimed DJ, Dr. Packer.
Exploring the complexities of modern love, the EP's three original tracks—'Sunrise,' ‘Searching for a Spark,' and ‘She Won’t Wait'—take listeners on a journey through the highs and lows of relationships. ‘Sunrise' nostalgically reflects on cherished memories, evoking a journey from ‘Sunset’ to ‘Sunrise’. ‘Searching for a Spark' delves into the raw emotions following a breakup, while ‘She Won’t Wait' offers poignant advice to a friend grappling with romantic uncertainty.
The WildViolets will be performing live at The Disco Express’ summer event on July 6th 2024, at the prestigious Hootnanny in Brixton, London.
‘Till The Sunrise will be available on all major platforms from May 10th, 2024.
